It should work for EVERYONE, right?! Look, unions would not exist if every employer were honest and honorable towards their employees. That said, there are MANY excellent employers who value employees as business partners in a collective endeavor, which is the way things SHOULD be. A rising tide should lift EVERY boat, NOT just the super yachts with heli-pads and smaller yachts inside the larger vessel.
