To pay for these societal benefits,

Advanced Governments assess taxes.

In BOTH Civil Society

and Civic Infrastructures.

A Flat Tax on ALL income,

Earned AND Unearned,

Corporate AND Personal,

That kicks in above a certain

income level and graduates

to @ 20% for every

$100,000,000 in income

To Fund Needed

Programs and Services.
